My Bella when she is exhausted

My Bella when she is exhausted

I love using up all of my energy each day and hitting the hay thoroughly exhausted. I’m talking about  thoroughly and completely 100% brain-will-no-longer-function, tired. Where do I spend my valuable energy? Forming relationships and connecting good people with other good people.  How do I do this? Through a combination of social and physical networks.

It’s no easy accomplishment to grow and maintain a strong, integrated network. I get out of it what I put into it. The social media world I live in is a full time gig…people coming and going 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Do you spend a signifigant amount of time connecting with others? How do you manage your time?

(I thought you would much rather see a picture of a cute puppy than me, mouth open, drool…you get the picture.)

NOTE TO READER: If you are advanced social media user, you may find this post irrelevant. However, you can post tips and tricks in the comments section to help our social media family grow!

Use the note function on Facebook. Don’t know what/where it is? Let me know and I’ll walk you through. Your friends can subscribe to your notes AND you can even TAG them in notes (to make sure they take notice). What’s the point? It keeps your information in front of the reader without them having to do a lot of work.

I’ve encouraged my friends to subscribe to my notes for things like job openings, media requests, fun facts, etc… That way they AUTOMATICALLY see my “notes feed” everytime they check their RSS feeds–even if they’re not signed into Facebook.

Still confused? Let me know! Send me an email right now:

The ULTIMATE social networking!

On a daily basis I get numerous requests related to job openings (mainly PR, marketing, communications, IT…), reporters looking for news sources, fun/innovative social media sites and such. As you can imagine, it’s a lot of information and I want to SHARE it!

I currently send out 20+ emails, tweets, etc… each day to many different friends and connections. I’d like to make this easier on me and for everyone who submits information. If you’re interested in accessing this information real time, “friend” me on Facebook and subscribe to my “notes” as a RSS newsfeed.

Check your Facebook page daily (I’ll update information at least twice a day, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Feel free to send this information to your Facebook friends. If they’re not my “friend” let them know to send me a request with “I want to join your NOTES” in the subject.

The only thing I ask…if you land a job, a media source or whatever – share your story on my Facebook page (and grant me permission to share your story)! That’s it. I want to demonstrate the MAJOR possibilities of social networking.
